Knitting custom socks is something we do best. We make the entire process easy and simple. From design to delivery, we'll help every step of the way.

Style Selection
We offer a wide range of silhouettes, or as we call them, chassis'. Whatever the occasion, whatever the need, we got it covered. We typically will send you a sample box that contains our more popular chassis' and you can select which one you like the best. If you're looking to make a more unusual style sock, just provide us with some examples and we can discuss if we can develop it.

Design
Our socks are capable of holding highly intricate designs. From a sketch on a piece of paper, to fully designed tech packs - we can convert you logo or argyle pattern to a detailed sock design. It is important to remember that designs are knit-in, and may cause some distortion to the graphic/design. To understand this, thing of what happens when pictures pixelate: they distort. In this case, 1 pixel = 1 individual stitch.

Payment
After we've sent you digital mock ups of your sock design, and you've approved it, we'll issue an invoice. We require payment at this point, before moving any further. This ensures that both parties are committed. Once a business relationship is established , we can discuss net terms and lines of credit. We typically send an invoice via email that is directly payable by that link.

Photo Approval
This is possibly the most important step in the entire process. During this step, you'll see what your physical sock looks like for the first time. We'll start running your design and pause production after the first pair has been knit. We'll send you detailed pictures of your sock and here you'll tell us if the design needs any tweaks or improvments. We try to keep this to a minimum. After you approved the sock, we'll resume production and run the entire order.

Fulfillment
After we've finished running your order, we still have to "finish" your socks. This process includes things such as: washing, softening, boarding, packaging and poly bagging... everything needed to make your socks retail ready. If you have any "special instructions" for you order, i.e. applying your own provided packing instead of our free J-hook band, we'll implement those here. Typically, ship via UPS ground using our account and billing for the total. We can use your provided account number, ship FedEx, or LTL freight if needed. Please make these instructions clear early in the process, or we will ship our normal UPS ground.
